Background

After leaving his home over 30 years ago, Johnny was yearning to return to the paradise he once knew. During a surf, he told his best friend from school, Peter, about this oasis in the Pacific. When Johnny mentioned that he remembers long perfect waves, Peter's interest started growing.

Peter had spent most of his adult life searching for perfect uncrowded waves, and after checking it out on "Google Earth", was amping to go. A surf adventure and homecoming was hastily planned and actioned.

When there one day while out surfing, the surf camp idea started evolving.

Starting a surf camp in paradise is every diehard surfers dream and these guys were no different. So after a very quick discussion, the executive decision was made to 'have a go', and so the 'Christmas Island Surf Camp' was born. And, as they say, the rest is history.....
